Warranty
At National Truck Spares we take every possible precaution in testing and inspecting our parts prior to delivery. Unfortunately, due to the nature of mechanical parts, some parts fail from time to time. It’s what we do if any of our parts fail that sets National Truck Spares apart from the rest. Our aim is to get you or your customer back on the road as soon as possible. Your claim will be handled promptly.
All National Truck Spares engines, transmissions and differentials are covered by a 6-month unlimited kilometre warranty for used parts and up to 12-month unlimited kilometre warranty for fully reconditioned engines.
Our warranty covers parts & labour and includes the cost of freighting replacement parts and the return of faulty units. The warranty is in plain English with no hidden clauses.
